#1 – Income Goal

Your income goal is probably going to be the first thing you start focusing on. Creating additional income is usually why people start their own business. When you know exactly how much money you want to create, you are going to allow yourself to start focusing on it, so you can start achieving it. You do not want to set a goal that is so difficult to achieve that you do not believe it is possible. Set step-stone goals and allow yourself to have small successes.

#2 – Rank Goal

Ranks are usually put into the compensation plan to incentivize you toward the proper actions in your business. You may achieve a rank when you help other members of your team achieve a goal, when you hit certain sales volume, etc. Make sure that you set a rank goal to keep yourself on track.

#3 – Team Goal

Having goals that are bigger than you will keep you working even when you don’t feel like it. What do you want to help your team achieve? What are some of the goals your team members have? Keep these in mind on days that you don’t feel like moving forward.

When you care about your team and the people that have chosen to follow you, they are not going to question what you are having them do or how you are leading them. When you care about the people you work with, you may experience pain and hurts when people quit but that is part of the business. Business should not harm a friendship and when you are leading with your heart, if someone leaves your team, it won’t cause you to dislike them. It is always a good thing to care about people instead of putting up a guard around your heart.

When to Use Your Relationship to Get the Extra Boost You Need

Everyone always says that network marketing is all about relationships. In this article, I am going to talk with you about when to use your relationships to get the extra boost you need.

If you know you are going to have a contest or promotion coming up, you may know there are some people that have been close to buying a product from you. When your contest comes up, since you have a good relationship, these people want to support you. Ask them to do you a favor and purchase the product but also remind them they had mentioned they were interested in the product.

Make Them Feel Involved

When you do an ask on the relationship, you need to make sure you let that person in on your goal and how what they are going to do is going to help you. When you do this, you are going to make them feel like your win is going to be their win too.

Let them Know the Goal Will Be Accomplished

Once you make the ask and start campaigning for your goal, make sure you hit it. Let everyone know that you are going to achieve the goal and make it happen and you’ll be surprised how much more likely people will be to support you and get behind you. Everyone wants to be a part of a winning team. Would you sign up for a team if you knew they were fine with losing? I don’t think so.
